Thank you for your interest in hosting your next event at the Missoula County Fairgrounds! Reservations for public events that book multiple facilities with over 5,000 attendees may begin booking 24 months in advance. Reservations for public events that book multiple facilities with 1,000-4,999 attendees may book 4 months to 18 months in advance. Reservations for all other events, public and private, may book 12 months in advance. The Fairgrounds is closed to outside events from mid-July through August due to the annual Western Montana Fair. Additionally, we will not process any reservation requests the month of August. Please plan in advance.
