Nominate a Western Montana Legend

The Missoula County Fairgrounds Event Committee selects an individual each year to honor as a Western Montana Legend. Selection is based on nominee’s contributions to Western Montana and their alignment with the Missoula County Fairgrounds’ Mission:

To promote agriculture, education, culture, recreation, community connection, and to reflect the beauty and history of Western Montana.

Selection Criteria

Nominees for the Western Montana Legend award can be living or deceased.
All nominees or a chosen representative must be available 7 p.m., Saturday of the Western Montana Fair to accept the award during the rodeo performance.
Nominations close May 31 for the current Fair year.
This is a lifetime nomination. All nominations remain active in perpetuity.
