Public events may book up to 24 months in advance.
Private events may book up to 12 months in advance.
Please note: The Fairgrounds is unavailable for third-party events July through mid September for the Western Montana Fair, and no reservations can be processed in August. We encourage you to plan ahead. Thank you!
