Kara Lloyd
Two Rivers 4-H
Kara Lloyd is 18 years old and she’s been doing 4-H for ten years. Her favorite part of 4-H has been getting to mentor the younger kids and teach them what she knows and talk about her own experiences she’s had in 4-H. This year she has Toggenburg goats named Oliver (hornless) and Phoebe (has horns) that both love to eat bananas. Kara’s favorite thing about her goats is how interesting their personalities are and how much they differ. Most people think that goats will eat anything, but they’re actually pretty picky. They both don’t like carrots; and Phoebe is super social while Oliver is scared of small things. Kara’s favorite thing to do with her goats is take them for walks.
