Step back in time and experience the wonders of the past at the 2025 Western Montana Fair’s Lake Bottom Bash. This year’s theme takes you on a journey through Montana’s fascinating history during the era of Glacier Lake Missoula.
The fair also brings expanded agri-education opportunities at the newly built Clouse Bauer Arena, along with an exciting new initiative to amplify community talent through the Community Showcase, which now features double the performance spaces.

JULY 31 thru AUGUST 4 – Portable Concession Booths & Amusement Booths Set Up (by appointment only)
AUGUST 3 thru AUGUST 4 - Commercial Booths Set Up
August 5, 10 a.m. - All booths (food trucks, trailers, equipment, vehicles for display) must be in place
AUGUST 5 thru 10 – WESTERN MONTANA FAIR
Operating Hours: TUE thru SAT, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. | SUN 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
AUGUST 11 thru 13 – Fair Breakdown 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
AUGUST 14 - Concession & Amusement Vendor Sales Reports & Fees due by 5 p.m.
AUGUST 15 – Fairgrounds closed

Review the Vendor Handbook for a complete list of policies and procedures including the following:
Provide proof of insurance
Remain open during designated operating hours, regardless of weather
Follow Missoula Fire Department guidelines
Follow Missoula City-County Health Department requirements
