How to Enter:

Click below to access the Western Montana Fair’s online entry system. If it is your first time entering in 2024, you’ll create a password and enter your contact information before selecting the appropriate division and the classes offered within. Be sure to “save cart” or “checkout”. Always print a copy of your entry confirmation as a receipt for proof of entry.

When returning, you’ll use your email and your password to access/change your entries as many times as you like before the entry deadline. Be sure to “checkout” before the earliest entry deadline for your chosen classes.

4-H | FFA Entry Closing Date

Entries CLOSE July 1, 2024

Entries in the 4-H & FFA division were required by July 1, 2024. You can find information on the 4-H & FFA Divisions and classes offered in the 4-H & FFA Exhibitor Handbook.

Open Class Entry Closing Dates

When ready to enter, use the button to access the Fair’s online entry system. If you entered 4-H & FFA classes, you use the same login information to enter Open Class. Always print a copy of your entry confirmation as a receipt for proof of entry.

 
 

July 12, 2024 – Entries close for the following:

  • Beef

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 8 a.m. Tuesday, August 6th at the Livestock Pavilion. Check-in: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 6th.

  • Dairy Cattle

    • Exhibit Drop-off: Exhibits accepted 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, August 5 at the Livestock Pavilion. Check-in: 8 a.m. to 10am Tuesday, before 4-H and FFA Shows.

  • Rabbits

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday, August 5 to the Llama Barn (#34).

  • Sheep

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, August 5 at the Livestock Pavilion.

  • Goats

    • Exhibit Drop-off: No earlier than 8 a.m. Monday, August 5 at the Livestock Pavilion.

  • Poultry

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 12pm to 8 p.m. Monday, August 5 to the Llama Barn (#34).

July 26, 2024 – Entries close for the following:

  • Exhibit Drop-off: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, July 27 in the Commercial Building (Creative Arts, Fabric & Fiber Arts, Hobbies & Crafts, Industrial Arts & Indigenous Arts)

  • Exhibit Drop-off: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, July 28 in the Commercial Building (Creative Arts, Fabric & Fiber Arts, Hobbies & Crafts, Industrial Arts & Indigenous Arts)

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday August 3 in the Home Arts Building (non-perishable and perishable)

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday August 4 in the Home Arts Building (non-perishable and perishable)

  • Agriculture

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday August 5

August 5, 2024 – Entries Close for the Following:

  • Country Fair Show

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 1 to 8 pm Monday, August 5.

  • Missoula Garden Club Show

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 1:00pm to 8:00 pm. Monday, August 5

August 8, 2024 – Entries Close for the Following:

  • Gladiolus Show

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2024.

August 10, 2024 – Entries Close for the Following:

  • Dahlia Show

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2024.

August 11, 2024 – Entries Close for the Following:

  • Rose Show

    • Exhibit Drop-off: 7:00am to 10:00am, Sunday, August 11
